Tiny Houses
The six Tiny Houses have an expansive view, kitchenette, full bath with shower, endless hot water, heat/AC and back porch. Each Tiny House sleeps two. All have two extra long twin beds except Unity which has a queen bed.
Cabin Rental: $115 per night plus one-time $35 cleaning fee
Westview Cabins
The three new Westview Cabins have an expansive view, kitchenette, full bath with shower, endless hot water, heat/AC and back porch. Each Westview Cabin sleeps two in extra long twin beds.

Chickadee Cabin
Chickadee Cabin (Sleeps 1 or 2 people) - Studio with Queen Bed, full bath with shower, outfitted kitchenette, a two person dining table, two easy chairs with padded footstools, covered porch facing the river.
Cabin Rental: $90 per night plus one-time $30 cleaning fee
Kingfisher Cabin
Kingfisher Cabin (Sleeps 1 or 2) - One Bedroom with Queen Bed, full bath with tub/shower, outfitted kitchenette, a two person dining table, two easy chairs with padded footstools, covered porch facing the river.

Purple Martin Cabin
Purple Martin Cabin (4) - Two Bedrooms each with two extra long twin beds, full bath with tub/shower, a kitchenette, a small dining table, two easy chairs with padded footstools.
Cabin Rental: $100 per night plus one-time $30 cleaning fee
Blue Heron Cabin
Blue Heron Cabin (Sleeps 3 or 4) - Two Bedroom with two XL twin beds in each Bedroom, one full bath with tub/shower, outfitted kitchenette, a two person dining table, two easy chairs with padded footstools, covered porch facing the river.
Cabin Rental: $100 per night plus one-time $35 cleaning fee
Wood Duck Cabin
Wood Duck Cabin (4) - Two Bedrooms each with two extra long twin beds, a full bath (shower), a full size kitchen, dining room within a dining table for six, a conversation area and a huge deck - the full length of the Cabin. The Wood Duck has central AC.
Cabin Rental: $130 per night plus one-time $50 cleaning fee
Camping
We are a State of Tennessee licensed campground. Tent camping is available along the banks of the Powell River. We maintain about 1/4 mile of mowed (almost) level pasture where you can pick a spot to set up your tent. We also have one RV hook-up (electric and water but not sewer). There are potable water and 120 Volt electric outlets at the adjacent barn and at the top of the concrete access steps to the river. There are also climate controlled, separate men's and women's bathrooms a short walk away (depending on where you set up your tent) at the Powell River Pavilion. There are also two barbeque grills available (bring your own charcoal) and the steps to the river are right next to the camping area.
Camping Fees: Tent Camping: $25 per person per night for tent or AT Shelter RV Camping: $40 per night per RV
Information about Cabins
There are 14 Rental Cabins on the 160-acre Well Being Retreat Center land which is surrounded by 2 1/2 miles of the Powell River. Guests are welcome to explore the grounds, hike the trails, experience the abundant wildlife, or simply rest in the quiet spaciousness of this unique land.
The cabins are rustic on the outside, comfortable on the inside. All our Cabins have tiled floors, vaulted pine ceilings, and outfitted kitchenettes.
Many people report being able to sleep better than they ever do at home. Perhaps it’s the deep silence or maybe it’s the lack of electro-magnetic (EMF) waves. Or maybe it’s just that the beds are comfy.
Quiet is what you will find here. There are no phones in the cabins, no TVs, no pool tables, no video games. If you are looking to party, this isn’t the right place. However, if you are looking to experience deep peace in a natural setting, well…we can offer that in full measure!
