A Well Being Feast:
Cooking Retreat with Camille Watson
December 5 - 7, 2025

Camille Watson

Join Camille Watson and the Meal Service Staff of Well Being Retreat Center to learn how to prepare some of the Center’s delicious recipes featured in our Cook Book.

This year’s menu offerings will be different from last year’s, but each dish will be guided by the same care, creativity, and intention to nourish.

No matter your level of experience, you’ll enjoy this hands-on opportunity to make (and enjoy) simple, elegant, and health-giving foods.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll discover how easy it can be to bring these recipes to life in your own kitchen. There will also be time to rest, restore, and immerse yourself in the natural beauty and quiet of Well Being Retreat Center.

The retreat will begin with check-in at 3:00 pm on Friday December 5th and will end after lunch on Sunday December 7, 2025.

During this retreat, we’ll be spending time in the kitchen learning to prepare some of the favorite recipes served at Well Being Retreat Center. This is a chance to learn something new - a new recipe, a new way to prepare, a new way incorporate into your own daily meals the deeply nourishing and beautifully satisfying foods that Well Being is known for.

Camille brings a focus on healthy and vibrant eating and her own decades of experience in the kitchen. Everything we prepare will be fresh, delicious, and gluten-free. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes will be presented.

Barbara Guzman, Well Being's Kitchen Manager and Patty Bottari, will add their expertise and experience with preparation of retreat meals at Well Being Retreat Center.

Registration for this retreat ranges between $430-$580 and includes tuition and 1 cookbook.

What Others Say About the Meals at Well Being Retreat Center

Baylie from Waunakee, WI The meals you served were nothing short of miraculous, seamlessly integrating health, flavor, and mindfulness into every bite. The vegan and gluten-free options, especially the spaghetti and chocolate cake, were a testament to your commitment to catering to all dietary needs without compromising on taste or quality.

Pamela – Vancouver, British Columbia

"So often I wanted to break silence and tell you how the food you prepared tasted utterly delicious and felt so nourishing. As I said, it was the best food I’ve ever had while eating out. I’m really looking forward to your cookbook."

Sara H. from Knoxville

Not a detail was left undone, the Well Being Retreat Center is truly a gem. Patty and Don are incredible hosts and I think secretly Top Chefs. Every meal prepared was thoughtful, creative, and made with love. I tried many new foods for the first time and enjoyed every bite. This place nourished my body and soul and I am grateful for the time I got to spend here.

Colleen from Knoxville

"My husband and  I were completely bowled over by the glorious food! Much better than Omega or Kripalu or Blue Spirit or Asilomar or Vajrapani or Naropa or Mount Madonna or anywhere else we have ever been. I would be grateful if you have a cookbook …Thank you both for the miracle on earth you have created. "
