A Well Being Feast: Cooking Retreat
with Camille Watson
December 5 - 7, 2025

Retreat Overview
Join Camille Watson, Barbara Guzeman, & Patty Bottari for a hands-on weekend of culinary exploration. Learn to prepare some of Well Being's cherished recipes featured in our cookbook.
This year’s menu offerings will be different from last year’s, but each dish will be guided by the same care, creativity, and intention to nourish.
No matter your level of experience, you’ll enjoy this opportunity to make (and enjoy) simple, elegant, and health-giving foods. There will also be time to rest, restore, and immerse yourself in the natural beauty and quiet of Well Being Retreat Center.

About The Cookbook
This beautifully crafted cookbook features over a decade of nourishing meals enjoyed by retreat guests at Well Being. With vivid recipe photos and tranquil landscape imagery, it’s more than just a collection of recipes—it’s a heartfelt tribute to the seasons, the land, and the community that gathers here.
"It's more than a book, it’s a treasure! I was filled with tears of all the happy memories I’ve had at the Well Being Center as I turned the pages."
— Amy, Knoxville, TN
