Shared Cabins
Our Blue Heron and Purple Martin Cabins are considered Shared Cabins. They both have two bedrooms and a shared bath, with a kitchenette, a sitting area and a porch overlooking the Powell River. These earth-sheltered cabins are heavily insulated to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The Wood Duck Cabin has a master bedroom with an ensuite half bath, two uppstairs bedrooms each with two twin beds, a full kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a huge porch.

Amenities
There is a French Press coffee maker, paper towels, dish washer gear and soap, and several basic condiments. The bathroom has a liquid soap and shampoo in a shower dispenser. Linens and towels are provided.
The Blue Heron and Purple Martin Cabins at Well Being Retreat Center in Tazewell, Tennessee are two bedroom Cabins with two extra-long twin beds in each of the two bedrooms. Each cabin has a bathroom with tub/shower (and unlimited on-demand hot water), vaulted exposed pine beam ceilings, tile floors throughout, ceiling fans, a kitchenette, small dining table, two easy chairs in the sitting area and a covered porch with views down to the Powell River.

The cabins are earth-sheltered with a sod roof, so they stay warm in the winter with heated tile floors and cool in the summer. The kitchenette is outfitted with a fridge, countertop range, and convection oven. Cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, flatware, cups and glasses are all provided.

A Three Bedroom, Five Bed Cabin with Large Deck and Beautiful View

The Wood Duck Cabin at Well Being Retreat Center in Tazewell, Tennessee is a 1,200 square foot, three bedroom Cabin with two extra-long twin beds in each of two bedrooms with a shared bathroom with shower (and unlimited on-demand hot water), and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a half bath. There are vaulted exposed pine beam ceilings, tile floors in living area, ceiling fans, living room, dining room, full size equipped kitchen and a huge deck with 180 degree views overlooking the Powell River Gorge.

This Cabin has a heat pump for both heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is outfitted with a full size fridge, range with oven. Cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, flatware, cups and glasses are all provided.
