Asian Baked Tofu Recipe

We love serving food from different cuisines during retreats. This Asian Baked Tofu recipe is a real winner as a vegetarian option when we serve our Asian bowls for supper, which include Forbidden black rice and steamed broccoli. Cooked in the oven the tofu pieces become delightfully crispy, with the tasty sweet and tangy marinade crystallising on top.
