Roasted Vegetables

It's hard to find something tastier and more satisfying than roasted vegetables, with the sweetness from the caramelized onions and the crunch from the roasted broccoli and cauliflower. This dish makes for the perfect side, and can also be added to other dishes like curries to buffer them up. A warming contribution throughout the winter season (and all year round)!
